Return & Exchange

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

 

Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of shipment. If your order has been shipped for more than 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received and must be returned in the original packaging.

 

To request a return, please contact us at after-sales@replysforge.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Returns without our prior request will not be processed.

 

Shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.

 

If approved, we will process your refund and automatically issue the refund to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.

 

Cancellation

Once you place an order, you have 24 hours to cancel. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Under certain circumstances, we may cancel your order; in such cases, a $20 courier cancellation fee will apply.

 

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

 

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be posted.

 

Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to process.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for an identical item, please email after-sales@replysforge.com.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.

 

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will then review your return.

 

Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange product to arrive may vary.

 

You may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the return of your returned item.
